I design how work moves through a platform — which table owns it, who approves it, and what the report at the end should say.
BACKGROUND & CAPABILITY
I hold a degree of Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University, working towards a ServiceNow System Administrator role. I have strong fundamentals in Python, SQL and JavaScript, as well as networking, cybersecurity, database design, data analysis and software engineering — useful preparation for platform work, where the job is understanding how the pieces fit together behind the screens. Every project listed here is built on a Personal Developer Instance.
