I design how work moves through a platform — which table owns it, who approves it, and what the report at the end should say.
BACKGROUND & CAPABILITY
I hold a BSc in Computer Science from Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University and I am working towards a ServiceNow System Administrator role. My background is in software engineering, databases, networking and data analysis — useful preparation for platform work, where the job is understanding how the pieces fit together behind the screens.
